The conference will be held at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium. The conference rooms are located in the Provincial House in Leuven, Provincieplein 1, just outside the city centre. They can easily be reached from motorways, railway station and airport, either by car or by public transport. We've assembled a map with the locations here.

Whether it is the peace and tranquility of the béguinage, listed as World Heritage by UNESCO, one of the numerous beer cellars of the Old Market, or the restaurants around the famous Town Hall, the city of Leuven has a lot to offer. After 585 years as a university town, Leuven still attracts the Flemish youth and nurtures it on wisdom, erudition and broad mindedness.

Leuven is located in the centre of Belgium only 30 km from Brussels and 20 km from Brussels Airport. A list of recommended hotels is available from the conference website.
